4th of July

Your Guide to July 4th Fireworks Displays:

  • The Fresno Grizzlies tells residents to prepare for a “star-spangled spectacular” at their upcoming Fourth of July game. Join the team for a night of baseball and their Firework Extravaganza, an event that promises an unforgettable fireworks display. Buy your tickets here.

  • Cornerstone Church hosts the Celebrate America Car Show on Sunday, June 30, at the Fresno Fairgrounds. Organizers bill their fireworks show as “the largest in the Valley.” More information here.

  • Granite Park, which was packed last year, is hosting its annual Independence Day Celebration. Coordinators recommend you get to the park early, around 6 p.m., to secure a spot.

  • Island Water Park will hold fireworks displays on July 3-4. The park encourages the community to enjoy a day of waterslides and end the night with a dazzling fireworks show. Buy your tickets here.

  • The 21st Annual Freedom Run presented by Sierra Challenge Express Running Club will be held on July 4 at Woodward Park. The event will kick off Independence Day with multiple running events, including a 4-mile run, a 2-mile run/walk, and a 100-meter and ¼-mile dash for children. You can purchase tickets and find more information on the event here.
